Want to kill that guy from a safe distance? Try this build! We all had that problem. Some guy keeps shooting you down even before you seen them! A bullet shot, and you're face is planted on the ground. Well, with is build, and a trusty sniper rifle, you can hang back, find their head, and the problem maker is no more! The "Paint It Black" is for those encounters with out the need of a scope, which is many in fact. However, it does not work in scopes, but it's good for highlighting those trouble makers! "The Unblinking Eye" is for your Dead Eye to stick around for longer. Nobody likes running out of Dead Eye, so use this to keep it around for longer. Plus, the bonus of Eagle Eye being around for longer is great for those pesky bounties that leave trails, or a hunting trip! The "Eye For An Eye" is self explanatory. You're using a sniper rifle, or even a repeater with a scope, get those head shots! "Sharpshooter" is also self explanatory, as you're grinding your eye into the scope, taking down anyone who tries you. Have a nice day with this build!
